If war broke out in Ukraine and Russian forces occupied large swathes of the country, many civilians might flee. Ukraine"s Defence Minister, Oleksiy Reznikov, told BBC Hard Talk several million people could leave: "It will be a disaster not only for Ukraine, it will be a disaster for Europe."
